– RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE KITCHEN –
Open the container at least 20 minutes before cooking and let it rest for no more than 15 minutes. Once in contact with oxygen, the meat will resume its natural color, maintaining its juiciness and tenderness. Dry the excess liquid with paper. For frozen cuts, defrost in time in the fridge. Never with hot water, microwave or room temperature. Once thawed, it should be consumed within 24 hours.
